1. CNC  water jet cutting machine

The CNC waterjet cutting equipment mainly includes cantilever type and gantry type. The advantage of the former is that its halo mechanism is separated from the cutting platform, which will not affect each other. It is very suitable for irregular material size and unfixed loading and unloading methods; The latter is just the opposite.

It can be seen that which one to choose depends on the size of the cutting material. If you purchase equipment mainly to undertake external cutting, the cantilever CNC cutting platform can meet the requirements.

2. High pressure system of water jet cutting machine

This is also closely related to the cutting materials, mainly depending on the material type, thickness, cutting surface quality and requirements for cutting speed. For example, the 300 MPa high-pressure system can be used for cutting hard materials with a thickness of less than 30 mm; If the material hardness ratio is high, 380 MPa high pressure system can be selected, mainly because of its advantages in cutting capacity, cutting surface quality, cutting speed, etc.

3. Other optional items of water jet cutting machine

Generally, the maintenance of water jet cutter is carried out regularly, including daily, weekly and monthly. The regulations are as follows:


1. Daily maintenance


Relevant personnel shall clean the equipment every day after finishing processing to keep the machine tool and guide rail clean; Pay attention to whether the power and air supply are turned off; If there is residual gas in the pipe belt of the cutting machine, it should also be emptied; If the machine is not used for a long period of time, turn off the power in time; Pay attention to whether the horizontal and vertical guide rails and rack surfaces are well lubricated.


2. Weekly maintenance


In fact, they are almost the same, that is, if the horizontal and vertical rail wipers of the water jet cutter are abnormal, they should be replaced with new ones in time; The cutting torch is loose, and the garbage at the ignition gun mouth and the automatic height adjusting device should be paid attention to.


3. Monthly maintenance


It is a summary of the daily and weekly maintenance work of the water jet cutter and a complete inspection of the whole equipment. No spare parts can be missed
