Some waste abrasive will be produced during the water jet cutting process. If the waste sand cannot be removed in time and enters the water jet cutting system, the cutting quality will be directly affected. No matter its characteristics or use effect, the mobile desanding system has various advantages that traditional removal can not compare.

In the process of water jet cutting, it is only necessary to put the sand suction pump of the mobile abrasive removal system directly into the water tank. The abrasive removal and water cutting can be carried out simultaneously. When the system is full of abrasive, it will automatically stop and dump the waste abrasive, which will not affect the normal operation of the water jet.

Practice has proved that the mobile automatic desanding device in the water jet cutting system not only has a high desanding rate, which reaches more than 90%, but also has a very high working efficiency. It only takes 15-20 minutes to remove the entire tank. The mobile automatic desanding system used in water jet cutting is integrated with the water jet abrasive separation system. The base is made of 20mm thick steel plate, which makes the equipment more durable.

Moreover, the manual hydraulic system is adopted for opening and closing the cabin door, which makes the opening and closing of the cabin door simple, safe and convenient. At the same time, it is also equipped with a desanding pump, which is driven by electricity to generate a continuous high-pressure water flow, which is more energy-saving. The whole desanding process will not consume water in the water jet cutting process, nor cause waste of water resources.
