At the same time, after the sand nozzle in the water jet has been used for a period of time, it should be rotated at an angle to continue to use, so as to greatly improve the service life of the sand nozzle.

As the water jet equipment adopts the numerical control system, the parameters in the numerical control system can be backed up for recovery when necessary. If there is a fault in the water jet cutter, but we cannot determine the cause of the fault for a while, we should carefully observe the fault phenomenon, and analyze and determine the cause of the fault and eliminate it under the guidance of professional personnel.

In order to prevent water leakage of the water knife supporting pipe, the thread of the steel pipe head must be higher than the thread pad by more than three teeth; As for the places with sealing rings on the water jet supercharger, it is necessary to apply lubricating grease during installation to prevent the thread from seizing; When installing the gemstone nozzle and the sand nozzle, do not tighten the thread with force to prevent crushing the gemstone and damaging or pinching the sand nozzle.
