3. Cutting operation of water jet for laminated glass

As there is a layer of plastic in the middle of the laminated glass, it is very difficult to cut. Diamond cutters have been used to cut the glass before, but it is difficult to align the upper and lower glass slits, so the laminated layer in the glass is not only difficult to cut, but also easy to cause shrinkage and deformation.

After using the water jet cutter, even the workpiece composed of three layers of materials can be cut smoothly without deviation and affecting the material performance. This technical problem has been effectively overcome.
