We are a manufacturer of automotive interiors. We currently have bought the new type intensifier pump from Win-Win Waterjet, and use it with pressure 90,000 psi.
But Our normal orifices couldn’t hold so high pressure, we ask their service and they recommended us to use the cutting head with diamond orifice.
Win-Win said the working time can reach 1500-2000 hours under the condition of 60.000psi. and it also works on 90,000 psi with fewer maintenance times. It can provide a longer service life for the cutting head assembly.
We are now doing this testament on our machine with 90,000 psi, for about 100 hours now, it looks like really good.
